Port of Los Cristianos
Departure of 3 hours to:
Port of Los Cristianos – Guaza – Fraile – Las Galleta – Costa del Silencio – Montaña Amarilla – El monte O Guargacho – Park of Parque de la Reina – Guaza – Port of Los Cristianos.
Quiet ride with stop in Montaña Amarilla where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 4 hours with slopes of 750 meters to:
Port of Los Cristianos – Guaza – Las Chafiras – Viewpoint of La Centinela – San Miguel – Granadilla – El Médano – Los Abrigos – Las Chafiras – Buzanada – Cabo Blanco – Chayofa – Port of los Cristianos.
Ride more demanding with stops at Médano and the viewpoint of la Centinela where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 5 hours with slopes of 1500 meters to:
Port of Los Cristianos – Chayofa – San Lorenzo Valley – Viewpoint of La Centinela – San Miguel – Granadilla – Vilaflor – Arona – Chayofa – Port of Los Cristianos.
Ride more demanding but not impossible with stops at viewpoint of la Centinela, Granadilla and Vilafor where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 7 hours with slopes of 3000 meters to:
Port of Los Cristianos – Chayofa – Arona – La Escalona – Vilafor – Teide National Park – Chío –Guía de Isora – Tijoco Bajo – Adeje – Port of Los Cristianos.
Ride more demanding and hard but not impossible with stops at Vilafor and Teide National Park where we will have one hour to eat.l
San Juan Beach
Departure of 3 hours to:
San Juan Beach – Abama – Marazul – Callao Salvaje – Marazul – Abama – San Juan Beach – Alcalá – Los Gigantes – Alcalá – San Juan Beach.
Quiet ride with stop at the cliffs of Los Gigantes where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 4 hours with slopes of 750 meters to:
San Juan Beach – Alcalá – Los Gigantes – Tamaimo – Santiago del Teide – Arguayo – Chío – San Juan Beach.
Ride more demanding with stops at Los Gigantes and Santiago del Teide where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 5 hours with slopes of 1500 meters to:
San Juan Beach – Guía de Isora – Chío – Tamaimo – Santiago del Teide – San José de los llanos – El Tanque – Ruigomez – Erjos – Santiago del Teide – Tamaimo – Los Gigantes – Acalá – San Juan Beach.
Ride hard but not impossible with stops at Chío, San José de los llanos and Los Gigantes where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 7 hours with slopes of 3000 metros:
San Juan Beach – Los Gigantes – Tamaimo – Santiago del Teide – San José de los llanos – Ruigomez – El Tanque – Icod de los Vinos – La Guancha – Tigaiga – El Horno – Palo blanco – Santiago del Tedie – Ucanca Plain – La Estrella – Chío – Guia de Isora – San Juan Beach.
Ride very hard but not impossible where we pass near forests and viewpoint with three stops and one hour to eat.
Las teresitas Beach
Departure of 3 hours to:
Las Teresitas Beach – Santa Cruz – Las Teresitas Beach – Igueste de San Andrés – Las Teresitas Beach.
Quiet walk with few elevations and stop to Igueste de San Andrés.
Departure of 4 hours with slopes of 300 meters to:
Las Teresitas Beach – Igueste de San Andrés – San Andrés – El Bailadero – Las Casas de la Cumbre – Afur – El Bailadero – San Andrés – Las Teresitas Beach.
Ride more demanding with stops at Igueste de San Andrés and Afun where we will have one hour to eat.

Departure of 5 hours with slopes of 1500 meters to:
Las Teresitas Beach – Igueste de San Andrés – San Andrés – El Bailadero – Taganana – Las Casas de la Cumbre – Afur – El Bailadero – San Andrés – Las Teresitas Beach.
Ride very hard but not impossible with stops at Igueste de San Andrés viewpiont and Taganana where we will have one hour to eat.
Departure of 7 hours with slopes of 3000 meters to:
Las Teresitas Beach – Igueste de San Andrés – San Andrés – El Bailadero – Taganana – Las Casas de la Cumbre – Afur – San Cristóbal de La Laguna – Santa Cruz – Las Teresitas Beach.
Ride very demanding but not impossible with stops at Igueste de San Andres and Taganana where we will have one hour to eat.
Important
It is necessary that everyone bring your sports equipment to do each of the activities. In the case of cycling you should bring helmet, sport glasses and you water bottle or hydratation. in the case of water sport, swimming goggles, swimming cap, paddles, pullboy and SwimRun’s shoes.
In the case that you don’t have sport equipment we lend or rent it to you.
Water sports
The training group starts from 2 to 10 persons.
Swimming
Puerto de Los Cristianos Beach
Calm swimming at the Puerto de Los Cristianos Beach of 800 – 1600 – 2400 – 3200 meters according to you training capacity.
San Juan Beach
We started swimming from San Juan Beach to the Abama Hotel, swimming of 750 – 1500 – 2000 – 3000 meters according to you training capacity.
SwimRun
New modality where we swim a few kilometer in a row and we get out of the water to start running and get back to the water.
300 meters swimming and 3 kilometres running, Easy level.
1500 meters swimming and 5 kilometres running, Intermediate level.
3000 meters swimming and 8 kilometres running, hard level.
Aquathlon
Very similar to that we do in swimrun but with transitions, we start running 2,5 kilometer, then we change our clothes and we get into the water to swim 1,5 kilometer, then we go back to change our clothes again to finish running another 2,5 kilometer.
Run
San Juan Beach
We run from the Playa San Juan path, we went through Alcalá running 5,10 or 21 kilometer.
Puerto de Los Cristianos Beach
We run from the Puerto de los Cristianos Beach path, we went through to Las Americas and La Caleta 5,10 or 21 kilometer.
